RETURN POLICY: We will refund the full purchase price (minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee) within 30 days of order of product. This dollar amount excludes the Accessory Kit. Products that are returned must be sent via USPS Priority Mail Insured. All items must be received in their original condition, or additional fees may be assessed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date you place the product order. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping. Please keep all packing material and boxes.
SHIPPING POLICY: Free shipping is usually Priority Mail or Fedex Ground unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for the courier delivery to be on time. Every courier we've tried has been late on occasion. For Express shipping, call for quote. TWO separate packages are shipped: one with generator, one with your Accessory Kit from KE.
