All of the fasteners we use are
top quality stainless steel. Stainless steel
will not corrode, oxidize, or rust in the highly
aggressive O3 stream. Most companies use regular iron or
steel screws and fasteners which degrade and rust over
time when exposed to ozone gas.
All of the custom machined plastic used
in the BioBlaster is the more expensive A Rated
for ozone High Density Poly-Ethylene. This is
dense enough to even stop cosmic rays! Other companies
rely on cheaper plastic... usually PVC which has only a
B Rating, and can degrade with time inside of an ozone
machine, which means the machines break faster.
We use a double back-up for
safety. We use not one, but two fuses. First, a
standard 10 amp fuse that the rest of the ozone
manufacturers use, but then we couple it with a Thermal
Fuse… this is a FIRE SAFETY fuse that will turn off your
machine if it gets too hot for safe function. No other
generator we have examined use these! This makes the
BioBlaster the absolute safest ozone generator to use.

We use only top quality American made
silver plated silicone coated wires. This
premium wiring ensures that the machines will continue

coated with standard plastic which breaks down in the

Ozone
in Your Drinking Water!

Place the diffuser in a glass or container of
water. Plug in the unit and run for 3-5 minutes
per 6-8 ounces of water. Keep in mind that water can only hold so much ozone, so no matter how long you ozonate
a small glass
past 5 minutes, it will not get stronger. (This is not the case with olive oil.)
For therapeutic use, it is best to ozonate a glass at a time
and drink quickly, as ozone will dissipate from the water within 15-30
minutes. (Leaving behind clean, purified drinking water.)
- For General Sterilization of
Drinking Water
- Ozone is extremely effective at cleaning water.
It can be used to make tap water 99.9999%+ pure and free
of toxic chemicals, metals, bacteria, etc.., then stored
for when you need it. Just fill a jug of water,
ozone it for 10 minutes, then stick it in
the frig, cupboard, or countertop. Remember, the ozone
will not remain in the water for very long.
You're left with clean, pure drinking and cooking water.
For Therapeutic Use: Ozone & Olive Oil
Use a different piece of tubing and stone for your oil. Place the diffuser into the olive oil and ozonate
for 20-30 minutes for each 1 cup of oil. Do not use the same diffuser for olive oil as
you do for water. Drink 1 teaspoon up to 2 tablespoons 2 to 3 times daily, for
up to 3 weeks for chronic conditions. Take at least 15-20
minutes before eating. For ongoing
"maintenance", just a tablespoon every few days is a good idea.
Clean And Disinfect Your Foods
with Ozone
You can place your grocery bag into a large plastic bag and then stick the hose with the ceramic aerator on it and ozonate the entire grocery bag(s) with all the produce in it for about
5 minutes. Use a bag, shoe box or glass jar to ozonate grains, breads, nuts or other dry foods for 2-3 minutes.
Another method is to fill up your sink (or large
bowl) with water. Place the unit a safe distance from the sink
and place the diffuser in the water. Place fruits,
vegetables, eggs, etc. in water. Plug in the unit and run for
10-20 minutes. For even better results, brush and cleanse foods thoroughly while they are being ozonated for another 2-3 minutes. Remove foods from water and air dry. Your produce will
be free of pesticides, dyes, fertilizers, parasites and more.
Your produce will stay fresher longer and taste better!
Ozonate Small Rooms, Refrigerator, Closet, Auto, Etc.
The
BioBlaster 5000 may be used to eliminate odors, chemicals, molds and mildew from many different areas in your environment. Just place the diffuser (the diffuser
and/or tubing can also be removed) into the area to be treated, close off the area and ozonate for

How to Operate The BioBlaster 5000:

First things first... let's talk about the tubing. The
BioBlaster 5000 comes with TWO 12 foot lengths of
tubing! Most ozone generators come with a single 4-5
foot length. The tubing will need to be replaced
eventually. It will begin to turn yellow and begin to
harden over time. This is when you know it's time to
replace the tubing. In order to be efficient with the
use of the tubing, you can cut it to the lengths you
desire. Example: we cut our first 12 foot length in
half, making two 6 foot lengths. We set one of those
aside for future use. The other 6 foot length we cut
into 3 pieces: one 12 inch length for our glasses of
water; a 24 inch length for doing our olive oil (we
wanted it a little bit longer because sometimes the oil
will splash out onto the ozonator); and a 36 inch length
to do our vegetable wash, so it would reach into the
sink.
NOTE: before you use a new stone for actual consumption
or veggie washing, make sure to clean the stone first.
Do this by placing the stone or disc into a glass or
bowl of water and run for 10 minutes with the ozone and
fan button turned on. Discard that water. |

This is how your BioBlaster 5000 will look when you
receive it. The two outlet ports on the back have
tightening nuts in place. We want to use the left
Outlet that says O3 Out. Simply screw that off.

Then slide your tubing through the hole in the
tightening nut, and slide the tubing over the nozzle.
(Side note: the O2 In port is
for those whose wish generate even MORE - and purer -
ozone. You can buy pure Oxygen tanks to 'feed' the
BioBlaster.) |
Slide the nut back down to the threads and hand tighten.
(clockwise to tighten) This will hold the tubing
securely in place.
Attach the power cord to the back of the generator, and
you're ready to go. |

To run your BioBlaster 5000....

Turn BOTH, the AIR PUMP button and the OZONE
button to the ON position. The
red
and
green
lights will shine.

Turn
the timer on to the desired time... or to the HOLD
position. This will make the generator run
until you turn it off.

For therapeutic use: Place the aerator
stone into a 6 to 8 oz glass of water and ozonate for 3
to 5 minutes. After 3 to 5 minutes, turn the ozonator
off (if the timer doesn't turn it off automatically),
and drink down the glass of water immediately and
quickly. Remember, ozone will begin to dissipate
immediately. After 20 minutes or so, the ozone
will have dissipated out of the water.
For clean, safe drinking/cooking water:
simply use a large container like an empty milk jug;
ozonate for 10-15 minutes; and simply set
aside or put in the fridge for later use. You'll have
clean pristine drinking cooking water.

Also
for therapeutic use:
ozonate
olive oil. Rule of thumb is 20 to 30 minutes for each
cup of oil.
Here you can see we have two cups of olive oil in an old
jelly jar. Remember to use a separate stone and tubing
for your oil. Simply unscrew the tightening nut and
switch tubing and stone.
Note: Olive oil DOES hold the ozone indefinitely, so you
can ozonate your oil and stick it in the frig for later
use.
Note 2: You CAN ozonate the oil for hours or even
days. This is NOT for drinking, but for skin
applications. It will eventually turn into a 'vasoline
type' salve... excellent for skin conditions.

To clean and sterilize your fruits and veggies in
water, place them in a sink or large bowl filled
with water. Place your produce in the water and ozonate
for 10 - 15 minutes. You can
use the same tube length that you use for your water;
however, the large disk is better for this purpose. You
can either use a separate length of tubing for your
vegetables, or simply change out the stone at the end of
the tube. As mentioned before, we use a 3 foot length
of tubing for the veggies simply because it reaches into
the sink easily. (1 ft. length for glass of water)
If you observe a very strong ozone smell, open a nearby
window, or use a small fan too displace the ozone, or
simply stay out of the room for 15 minutes while it's
operating.
